Company History

 

Seacoast Enterprises Associates, Inc. (SEA-Incorp) began operating the Harbor Marina of East Hampton in 1976. The owners are Richard V. Mendelman, President and Peter R. Mendelman, Vice-President.

 

In 1998, SEA-Incorp began to manage Gardiner’s Marina in the southern portion of Three Mile Harbor.

 

In 2004, the company started to manage Halsey’s Marina, also in Three Mile Harbor.

 

In 2012, the Seacoast Enterprises Associates, Inc. began to manage the Three Mile Harbor Marina and Boat Yard at 2 Boat Yard Road.
